Open all hours so go ahead and shop wherever you are and whenever you like.

Enquiries will be answered by email within 24 hours. From Monday to Friday for sure. Saturday and Sunday enquiries might take a wee bit longer. I’m sorry but my family is quite demanding most days but weekends especially!

Our Pricing

Polly’s Party Shop is not currently registered for the GST. So until further notice, no GST will be added to your purchase prices. YAY!

Prices are in AUD –Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

***When making your payment by direct bank deposit, please note your order number in the reference section. Orders will be confirmed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please allow a little longer when ordering on the weekend.

Stock availability

If by chance for some reason we are out of a stock item, we will notify you as soon as possible. We’ll give you the option to replace the item, place the order on hold until the item is available or provide you with a refund.

Polly’s Party Shop is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. The personal information you provide is only used to process your order and to send you our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter you may opt out at any time from our mailing list.

Postage & Delivery

At this stage Polly’s Party Shop only delivers within Australia.

Orders will be sent by either Australia Post or via courier service.

• Flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 .

Express post is optional so please contact us for urgent orders and we will provide a quote for Express Postage.

Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. This is usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation and only during the standard business week of Monday to Friday. Depending on your destination expect delivery between 2 to 7 days.

Returns

Polly’s Party Shop will do everything within our power to ensure that your purchase arrives in the excellent condition we packaged and sent it in. However, if you find that your items are not in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will happily discuss your options. We will ask that you return items in the exact condition found. Ie unopened and unused.
